Dell's website said it was "out for delivery" for 6 straight days. Dell's support has not answered my emails or picked up the phone from my calls in over a week. Their Instagram messages were the only replies I received and they said it was escalated to a logistics supervisor last week but I still have no reply. They keep saying it will be resolved in 24 hours but it has not been resolved. They also will not give me information on how to get a refund unless the computer has been delivered. Basically, they stole my money and will not give me a way to get it back.
