Dell simply plugs their desktops together, and doesn't actually set them up. That's on you, usually at the cost of HOURS on with support techs who literally use generic pre-scripted step by step how to's... and when they fail in getting it set up... tell you that you need to reinstall the OS... or need to replace parts (keeping in mind this is on brand new out of the box units), etc.
It'd be like buying a new Cadillac, adding a navigation system option to it, and then having to spend days on the phone with GM so you could use it.
