I ordered a desktop PC Inspiron, a 27 inch monitor and came with missing parts/cable.
Dell refused to send me the missing parts and instead gave me a $5 credit.
Shipping, delivery, customer service all suck.
Also, I found out that prices for everything is higher than the same product from other dealers like best buy. Won't be buying any more of any thing from Dell.
The sold me a refurbished PC for $450, and I learned 2 days later that the exact same PC with even 4 gig more memory is selling brand new for $459 at Best Buy.
