A warning to all small business owners - be aware that Dell will not value your trade. Since our company started seven years ago, we've bought both server, laptop and desktop solutions. Now, we find that we have XPS15 computers that Dell sold with what they acknowledge to be faulty batteries, that have destroyed the trackpad. We were never notified of this, despite routinely receiving tons of Dell direct marketing material at our addresses. Now, the company offers no solution other than to tell us we missed the window for a free battery. They never told us a window existed. Maybe your small company can afford this kind of treatment - we prefer to take our business elsewhere.
