Very Poor technical support. Bad quality control even in their premium lineup. There are always issues with drivers. I have sent my laptop to dell depot for a repair and they had sent the laptop back with the same issues that I had complained. I don't know whether they repaired it at all. within 8 months I bought the laptop it spent at least a month on repair processes.
waste of time and money!
