The last month have been a total nightmare with Dell customer support - through trying to get a shipping date on my computer, trying to cancel it, and now being charged money for a computer they said they've cancelled has been nothing short of the worst customer support experience I've ever had.
To start, I bought an Alienware Auora R8 on July 11th. About two weeks later, I got a message saying that my order would be delayed until September, and I would have to consent to this new change. I never did.
Then, about a week later, I got an email saying that my order had shipped. I called customer support, they walked me through to cancelling the order and said that the computer would be recalled and that I would not be charged for the computer.
This morning I was charged for a computer that I was told I wouldn't be charged for. This is some pure incompetency. I NEVER consented to the change in delivery date, and now Dell has my money and my frustration.
Customer Support has been anything but empathetic to my situation. Hoping to have a little resolve on here. Thanks.
