Atrocious business service. Bought a laptop which isnt performing well and asked to exchange product but business customers have no right of return. "Its our policy and nothing we can do". Given we have purchased loads of Dell machines, I think this service level is very poor. Also, calling their support is a hugely frustrating experience. Get passed around like a Ping Pong ball and each time have to give all the details again / no info is transferred.
