Generally good products but truly dreadful and unhelpful customer service when there are problems. They don't take incoming calls, yet seem to find phoning a mobile number (something most primary school children can do) very taxing.
Problems with Dell products are somehow treated as the customer's responsibility. After finally arranging a time to wait in for a collection nobody showed up. Dell's reaction was maybe backlogs over Christmas and could I wait in for another 9am-6pm day.
Best avoided.
