I have spent over an hour attempting to have a fraudulent bill I received from Dell dealt with asap. I was sent to several automated numbers that did not supply the proper prompt, no one I spoke to could resolve or even attempt to resolve the problem even after I was transferred to a supervisor I was transferred to automated then disconnected when I was promised they would stay on the line till I got a live person. The live people continued to send me to an automated voice or disconnected me. to transferred from a live person, to be disconnected 4 times from a live person. Dell does not have customer service. I am thinking about sending my computer back to Dell and to never deal with the horrible company. M McCann
