SURPRISE: next day I get an email that my order has been cancelled!
I call customer service and the answer: sorry we are out of stock!!!! What??????? How could the agents not have noticed that the day before when they placed the replacement order?
i ask for my money back because really I just can’t deal with this anymore and the agent says, ok you will get it back in 5 business day!
im shocked, I’m angry, I’m frustrated and I can’t believe that Dell has the worst customer service EVER!
i don’t want to buy a DELL anymore because if this is just for a little problem like this, what will happen if my computer breaks down or has a problem? I kightvaa well just throw it away because no way will I be decent support from the.
