When you spend £1600.00 on a Dell laptop direct from them and it breaks after 3 months. I have spent 1 hour 30 mins on the phone to Dell technical and it still wont work. I have just been on to them again trying to sort a refund which they are saying they can't do and now they have put the phone down on me. I am fumming 😡😡😡
I called Dell again to be told that i would get a call back from the escallation team by 17:00 and guess what i never got a call. This company is rubbish and I will never spend money with them again
