I had bought a 4.5 g alien cookies. 1/4 of the way tbru it felt like someone had filled it with gorilla glue it was clogged so bad. I contacted customer service just sharing my disappointment not asking for anything. They promptly did everything tbey could to make it right. Tbey issued me a full refund. I love Delta Extrax. They are my brand. Glad to see they stand by their customers and their products.
