Customer Service was pretty friendly and quick to resolve my issue with my faulty product. I've been a regular client for a while now, and they've never let me down. If you received a damaged or faulty product, just make sure to email them ASAP and send a video explaining and demonstrating your issue, and they'll take care of it from there.
