DTT can’t seem to resolve a missing item in my order. Support keeps emailing asking for photos of what I received, how does that help with a missing item? I sent photos via live chat of my invoice and the item I received. Days later they are still asking for photos. When I respond to the email it says their mailbox is full try again later. So far very disappointed.
