Ordered a .308 complete upper & paid for assembly and test firing. Took them 2 months to complete my order and ship to me. When I was finally able to shoot it the bolt didn't cycle correctly. It wouldn't eject the spent cartridge or load another. After I oiled the bolt carrier it started ejecting the spent rounds but the bolt still doesn't cycle enough to load another round. There is no way they actually tested this upper, if they did the problem would have been corrected. I have a single shot AR rifle now. Contacted customer service & they tell me it's already out of warranty. I'm going to take it apart myself and see why it's not functioning properly. Don't trust them to do any assembly work or test firing. Very dissatisfied.
