although I haven't ordered from them in a year or so...I had an upper with a canted guard...they sent me a return...issued a return slip...7 days later got my refund.... move forward to more recent, ordered a 16in upper 1/9 twist...and let me tell you something...this is by far the most accurate upper I have with 55g 556 better than my bravo...aero act....it was actually just supposed to be a cheap build for the wife (so she can have her own rifle) and turn out being SUPER accurate....sub Mao at 100. so I have a 900$ leupold on a 269$ upper that shoots exactly where I want it almost every time. I have also ordered a few times... a bcg, some cheap iron sites....never really had an issue with them...
