I ordered two items on 12/9/2022 which were intended as Xmas gifts, since it's been 10 days I am not able to get response by email or someone to answer the phone. Not sure what to do now, very poor customer service and communication. No where on the website when I placed the order did it mention and type of delay issues. It took 21 minutes on hold today for me to get a prerecorded message that no customer service agents were available.
