I had ordered a serialized frame on 3/18. I am now well outside the time period that they gave on their website. Zero customer service. I have called a million times and no one answers. I sent emails and get the automated response that they are looking into the matter but nobody contacts me. I had my FFL send their information on March 21st and still no reply. I will wait in hopes that my items ship out but I am not a happy camper.
