I sent an email to warranty a part (within the 48 hour of receiving window they require) in this email I included clear detail, order number, as well as pictures. A few days later “Mike A” sent an email asking for exactly what I already sent? So I once again sent pictures, order number, clear description as seen in photos. Weeks pass by and still no response so I sent another email asking them to at least respond telling me that won’t honor their warranty “kick rocks” basically. Weeks later, still nothing. Very disappointed. I now have to tell all the people I’ve recommended this site to not to purchase from here any longer.
