Dennis Carpenter has by far the absolute worst ordering system and support work hours than any company. Example #1- I ordered tractor parts from DC on June 28 and if I didn’t take a picture of the order confirmation you would never know tha t I have ordered anything. I placed a n order with LMC this morning and I got an automatic email confirmation and LMC will send automatic updates until delivery has been made. DC system will not show details of orders until they have been processed and this takes days . Not happy with DC lack of updates.
