Sent picture of part I bought with a 3 dents and the lady said it was a blemish part. A blemish part is a blemish not a dents. She tells me I have to pay for the shipping back. This is pathetic. I have spent a lot of money with this company who doesn't care what they sell to a customer. If I sell something that comes to me damaged it is deemed a defective part and all my other vendors replace at no cost to me. That is ludacris!!! It's YOUR mistake and bad part, NOT MINE. You now expect me to pay shipping on the replacement part?????? REPLY BACK TO ME ASAP!!!!!
