I ordered my paper Feb 23, it’s now March 7, I’ve been waiting on my part for nearly 2 weeks. I called and asked for an update but she told me to just “wait”, and when I asked how much longer she just kept saying “I don’t know”, well neither do I, that’s why I called. I asked them to reship it with a different carrier (I ordered a $10 book), and she refused and told me again to “just wait”. It’s clearly lost in the mail and I’m being given the run around.
