I ordered a coil online on May 2nd, they made the charge to my credit card the same day and sent me an email on May 7th saying the part shipped by Pitney Bowes with USPS tracking # LZ246747007US, but USPS never received the part according to their tracking web page and Dennis Carpenter people don´t answer my emails and they have not provided any status on my order since May 7th and we are May 26th. So they charged me, didn´t ship the part and they don´t answer emails or web Chat.
