I ordered almost $2000 worth of parts for a 1949 F1 truck. It was a project I was doing myself.
I was happy with all the parts. But as everyone knows you dont restore these things in just a few months.
According to the policy they will refund or replace faulty parts within 12 months.
Well I had a hood bumper rubbers missing from my order . It probably costs 30 cents.
When I emailed and told them about it they threw their policy at me. Instead of just saying thank you for your support. We will throw the 3 rubbers in an envelope and mail it to you.
Well my next buil 1953 pick up which will require 4 times more parts I will order from LMC .
Because when I emailed back to maybe get a parts number to cross refence to see if I could get the missing pieces local I did not even get a response
