Very difficult to get parts to Canada.
We were unable to get the bedside panels or fender that we required because they are too large for Dennis Carpenter to ship. We offered to handle shipping ourselves, but were told that this is not an option as Dennis Carpenter controls all shipping. All we needed to book a shipment were weights and dimensions of the final package and Dennis Carpenter was unwilling to provide that information.
TLDR: Dennis Carpenter was difficult to deal with and we have to source larger parts elsewhere.
