I was thrilled when I found Dentaprime. My first visit to the clinic, staff, the whole process deeply impressed me. What they suggested was a bit scary though…. to take all my teeth out and have full mouth implant…. Fortunately I went there at the beginning of December so with the festive season coming I had a long holiday and enough time to think and talk to people.
I also had a second opinion from a dentist which was completely different and more importantly I can keep my remaining teeth.
He also explained that I cannot have implants at all due to my gum disease.
Ok. I emailed dentaprime cancelled my treatment with them and requested my deposit back. Nothing. No reply. No money back. Nothing…. a bit rude, is not it?
Before they used to call me almost every day very politely asking this and that.
I understood that their approach is more about marketing than dentistry which is quite sad. Btw I had a terrible toothache when I went there, told them …. they did not even have a look… which made me think as well.
Do you think I can have my deposit back?
