They are the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, this is the Stratford International London surgery. They are not TRANSPARENT nor are they CLEAR & CONCISE in what the treatment entails. Even when you send them an email you can not get a CLEAR ANSWER from them, over a 2wk period I sent 10emails & still never got a full response. The staff are polite & curtious but as to the telephone operators, orry but their English talk is appalling & the phone lines terrible You get worn down by the lack of information, their main concern is getting your money rather than listening to you. I had to pay £2649 for my lower jaw teeth implant to be fitted, payment by 11Aug I sent it on 09Aug, due to banks not actioning it they never received it until 11Aug SO THE CANCELLED the 4 appointments I'd been waiting 6mths to have my teeth fitted Their cancellation said the couldnt find my payment as it only had J James on in with no client ref number. ITS A BANK TRANSFER are these people ignorant or what. The next day they emailed me wanting my bank details to return the £2649 NOTHING MENTIONED about how long this would take. I expected 2/3 days, a week has gone by yet NO MONEY. I phoned again about "where is my money" to be told by a totally unfriendly female it takes 7 - 14days TOTTALLY UNACCEPTABLE when they cancel so quickly as THEY CANT FIND my payment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The Best Dental Experience Ever. ... I had the most amazing experience from start to finish. As a very nervous patient I can safely say my dental phobia is well and truly conquered. Dr Lucjani Zallemi was utterly fantastic and the most gentle dentist I've ever experienced. He constantly asked if I needed any extra pain relief and explained every process as he worked through them. The best dentist ever in my opinion, an utter perfectionist and master of his craft. The anaesthesiologist Dr Akter and Dental Surgeon Anna were splendid. The conscious sedation is the best experience you could ever have. I never felt a thing. I thoroughly recommend this company. I'm so happy with my new teeth they feel amazing. Can't stop smiling in the mirror! Thank you everyone. J Wells.

dentaprime is a very bad clinic, I was supposed to have my teeth done 3 months ago and they still haven't done them and when I call them they say they'll call me back and nobody calls back, they said they have the same prices as in Turkey and they charged me 15,000 pounds

So I put a very good review on about Dentaprime when I hah my teeth done, excellent service, unfortunately I had to cancel a check up due to ill health very bad cold possible covid. I gave them 4 days notice before the appointment , they still charged me £150 for missed appointment, they will not see me until I pay the missed appointment charge. I spoke to them 3 or 4 times about this saying how unhappy I was being charged this as I gave them 4 days notice, they was not interested at all didn’t care, even asked me to send a Covid test as proof. OMG treated me like I had prove I was not well, 4 days notice in advance should not be charged a cancellation fee and the poor attitude when I complained very disappointed. Shame because they were amazing when I had my teeth done

They are NOT TRANSPARENT. I WAS TOLD SIX MONTHS FOR MY TOP TEETH. IT'S NOW OVER A YEAR, I HAVE TRAVEL BACK AN FORTH TO GET TO MY APPOINTMENTS. I AM LEAVING TODAY WITH HALP A TOP IMPLANT DENTURE AND HAVE TO RETURN AGAIN TO GET TO GET A HALF DENTURE SO IT DOESN'T LOOK AS TERRIBLE. THEN WAIT ANOTHER 5 MONTHS FOR MY ACTUAL TOP IMPLANTS. I JUST WOULD REALLY LIKE dentaprime to be more transparent. Majority of people going to them are 45, 50 , 60, 65, 70. They already know that you will need additional bone added. That's more money. The staff are wonderful. However, They need to change their website and be more transparent with customers.

I was planning to go over to Turkey to get my teeth done as `I needed upper and lower jaw done. Turkeys price was not that much cheaper than Dentaprime so I decided to go with them. The price advertised was just under £7000 full set upper and lower. Wow yea that what i thought too. Also being in UK meant that if i had any problems they could be easily dealt with, least that's what I thought. Went down to London from Nottingham had all my teeth out, only had 9 and bone procedure done on upper and lower. Their facilities look amazing its like being in some scifi set and I was treated very nicely. There were lots of people having work done and I have to say I did not feel a thing, no pain. In fact I didn't even know the doctor had taken all my teeth out it was that pain free. However after isn't so good but that's is to be expected having surgery. I got my temporary teeth the same day and went home with a smile on my face. I found the top temporary teeth very uncomfortable it felt like the back teeth were more in the middle than at the back and I was struggling to speak properly. I also kept biting my tongue. The other side also didnt feel right I felt that there was a small gap on my upper left. During this time I made sure i didn"t eat anything hard and despite that the upper broke where I thought there was a gap. It actually broke at one of the implants. I told Dentaprime and when I went back to get my permanent teeth which were PMA i told them about the problems on the upper right. The doctor felt inside my mouth and agreed that the upper back was more inside my gum than being flush. So in went my permanent teeth and not in 5 mins they asked me to sign a document saying I was happy with them so I stupidly did. They did not make any changes to the permanent ones and 2 weeks on I am struggling speaking and catching my tongue the same as the temporary ones. I let Dentaprime know and was told that it will take time to get used to them that was a year ago and I am still struggling. Not only that they have cracked in the same place as the temporary ones. I emailed Dentaprime asking them if any changes had been made to my permanent ones as the temp ones were not right. I am still waiting for an answer to that question. I told them I was not happy and asked them what were they going to do about this. I was told that they would replace the upper bridge and it would cost me another £1490. I was stunned and shocked that i was expected to pay that for a bridge that was not fit for purpose. It should not have broken and they did not make any alternations despite me telling them they needed to. I got a phone call telling me that that they could not help me any further if I was not willing to pay for new ones. They also told me that the PMA ones were free out of the goodness of their heart. So disappointing from what started of very good it ended in disaster. I do not know what I will do, i know they will fall out eventually but I can not afford another £1500 and hears the thing. I would get another top set and I believe the same thing will happen again, why would it not if no alterations were made. What then, do I go back down and get another replacement for another £1500. I firmly believe if they had made alteration this would not have happened. My question is why would anyone be expected to pay for something that was not right in the first place. Would I recommend Dentaprime to other No No No. Their after sales or after support is shocking and once they get your money they dont appear to give a monkeys. I had a missed call from them just last week. I phoned back and was told they would phone back the next day. I am still waiting. Its a shame because they could be great. I thought at first it was to good to be true, and it was

Please stay away from them. They are just there to take your money away. I am their £9500 patient and they provide me the worse possible denture for upper jaw which was so loose so that I have to hold with my tongue to give them a photo. I explained there and then but they were not interested to listen to me. They demanding another £300 to replace upper denture. Total scam.

Dr Uno, Dr Soroush, Dr Zoltan Dr Fatemeh,Karimah,Alice and all the other staff have been fantastic. Made my journey for my treatment fantastic so happy with the friendly service experience and expertise by all of them. Everything was done with such ease and politeness and made me feel so welcome.

The front of house team are amazing. They are so professional, welcoming and also possess effective customer care skills. TJ, Calum, Komal, keriman and of course Marzien are simply the best.

Why on one of your good 'reviews' saying how excellent you are does it say the review is from Karimah & Alice. Then about 3 reviews after that in a different review it mentions that a member of your staff there is called Karimah. Coincidence? I think not? This makes me not trust you as a company. Falsifying reviews makes you look like untustworthy liars.

I was thrilled when I found Dentaprime. My first visit to the clinic, staff, the whole process deeply impressed me. What they suggested was a bit scary though…. to take all my teeth out and have full mouth implant…. Fortunately I went there at the beginning of December so with the festive season coming I had a long holiday and enough time to think and talk to people. I also had a second opinion from a dentist which was completely different and more importantly I can keep my remaining teeth. He also explained that I cannot have implants at all due to my gum disease. Ok. I emailed dentaprime cancelled my treatment with them and requested my deposit back. Nothing. No reply. No money back. Nothing…. a bit rude, is not it? Before they used to call me almost every day very politely asking this and that. I understood that their approach is more about marketing than dentistry which is quite sad. Btw I had a terrible toothache when I went there, told them …. they did not even have a look… which made me think as well. Do you think I can have my deposit back?

Good morning after visiting the clinic and met so much amazing staffs, I have met Dr Pental who is such an understanding phenomenal person.She listen , and explain things clearly. Karimah is alway there to answer my questions in the waiting area. I love it ere :

After receiving ssooo many emails saying how fantastic your company is , we can help you " bring back your smile " , affordable dentistry etc... I had my phone consultation earlier today that lasted about 30 seconds ... i was asked how many teeth i had missing ... because i hadnt got the required amount of teeth missing i was told " we are not able to help you " and that was it ... EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED to say the very least ...I thought there was a bit of a light at the end of my misery tunnel ... but no ... i shall go back to being depressed

after one year i have had my upper teeth replaced with a Zircon bridge they look good , the journey had been reasonably smooth but nobody can tell you the trauma of bruising after the abutments have been fitted but this eases and the bruising goes after a week so now you go into a recovery healing period 6 months i was informed , so after 7 months i emailed advising Dentaprime the time is approaching for stage two NO REPLAY ,SECOND E MAIL NO REPLY phoned had some success and a date finally given meanwhile whilst waitng the original bridge had snapped in half i informed this company and as it was only two weeks to my next appointment i waited , First appointment included scan /teeth cleaning/ and procedure for the second bridge ALSO I HAD TO SIGN ANOTHER CONTRACT YET I ALREADY SIGNED ONE OVER 9 MONTHS AGO , THEY DID NOT REPAIR MY BROKEN BRIDGE JUST TEMPORARY REPARIED , Second appointment one week later fitting and choosing gum and teeth colours for zircon bridge ANOTHER TEMPORARY REAIR ON BROKEN BRIDGE , Third appointment one week later this appointment they cancelled and rebooked two days later (i had already paid congestion charge for London ) This appointment scheduled for 16,15 i was not seen until 1730 there closing time 18.00 ish you know for the money i had paid this session should had been euphoric as it was the final fitting but it was rushed the dentist was overseen by a superior they left the room twice to have private chats i felt vulnerable something was not right ? really they wanted to go home staff outside the dental room where looking in the door was open privacy was non excitant what a let down as really the journey was pretty good throughout i was real disappointed . so now i have e mailed twice requesting my original bridge be replaced so i have a spare for emergencies to date no reply ... disappointed at end result
