I went to the showroom and it was a pretty good experience. The sales rep wasn't overly helpful, but rather just let us roam freely about the store. I found that a little strange since you have to make an appointment, but she was helpful enough when it came time to pay. Love my Vail lounger, super comfortable and a joy to sit in. The only beef I have is that the armrest is chipped on one side, so it catches on sleeves or feels rough against your arm. I also waited 8 weeks as I was told that was how long it would take to make. When the time was approaching I reached out because I hadn't heard anything...I was told I could schedule delivery immediately. Kinda makes me wonder if it had been sitting there for a bit and they forgot to tell me it came in (I'm local in Denver.) So I would advise you to check in with them early and perhaps get your delivery sooner. Then they scheduled the delivery on a wrong day, even though I had an email confirmation with the correct date. I had to tell the courier directly when it should have arrived, it was a bit of a cluster for an item in its price range.
