Customer Service was great. Two of my bar stools in the cream Bouce fabric, started showing dark stains from denim jeans - even though the pants had been washed many times. I contacted customer service and they replaced the chairs.
I still regret purchasing such a light colored fabric. I don't really think it is practical in real life. They look great, but wish I would have ordered either leather or black instead.
