We are very pleased with this purchase but a lot of uncertainty as the shipping took the full three weeks and there was no communication in the interim. The shipping experience was well worth the extra cost of “white glove” delivery service but FedEx provided very little warning for the delivery. It would be helpful if an interim email was sent acknowledging the delivery was pending.
