Really responsive customer service when you reach out. Product is beautiful. However, the shipping process was a bit of a black hole, with the item arriving later than was shown on the estimated date range on the website when we ordered and no updates on the shipping process for a couple of weeks after you purchase. The fork holding the couches together did break off on one of the Polaris sofas within a week of use and my husband had to find larger screws to put it back together. Overall, easy to do business with and would buy from Denver Modern again.
