The return/exchange process takes entirely too long. The outsourcing to a 3rd party for pickup and delivery has made me cancel my 2nd order. Also, even though it is stated on your website, leaving the pallet upon delivery for customers to deal with is a bit odd. My experience in the buying process and return process was not great and I would not recommend anyone buy from here solely because of this.
