The Vail stools were beautiful and arrived packaged very carefully. They are solid and comfortable. We did Hold My Delivery while our house was being constructed. The communication and responsiveness was outstanding and the stools shipped as soon as we said we were ready. We are so glad we bought the authentic Vail!
