UPDATED REVIEW --1/13/25: Recieved a call from Kyle at Denver Modern shortly after my post; and he acknowleged my concern and is going to conduct a painless exchange--even after I threw away the boxes. I was very impressed how quickly he reached out and how proactive he was with ensuring I was a satisified customer. As mentioned, the product quality is absolutely amazing...but I need the correct height to ensure my total satisfaction of the product. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For the price, I wish I would have got a virtual or live consultant to help me. The product is amazing but what went wrong in this experience was my chairs were much taller than expected. We are now standing very high and it’s very uncomfortable. I don’t expect Denver Modern to exchange these for the smaller ones. I know there are measurements but as a consumer, it would be nice to get another consulting pulse check to make sure that we understand that high bar seats require a kitchen island to be at a certain height to make comfort easy. Honestly for this price, I pay for quality—-but gos a long way with a good consulting experience. I doubt that I have anyone from Denver Modern to help me now that it’s been unpackaged and sold.
