UPDATE: Less than 24 hrs after posting the review below I was contacted by Kyle who said "let's get this fixed" and told me they would send another stool and pick up the original one. I am very relieved and impressed with their customer service!! I purchased 4 Vail counter stools in the Wolf leather - they were packaged beautifully and arrived on time. When my husband and I opened and set up the stools in our kitchen we noticed some of them had scuffs on the leather (I understand leather is natural and subjuect to color variations) and one of the 4 looked almost like a different color than the other 3. Perhaps it was manufactured at a different time from the others from a different dye lot of leather but for the price of these stool I was disappointed. Was in the middle of moving into my new place though and don't have time or space to save the box and request an exchange. Otherwise they are very comfortable.
