The Vail Stool is well made, comfortable, and stylish. I ordered 4 and one came with the wrong color wood dowel. Denver Modern was excellent and quickly shipped out the correct stool and arranged for pickup of the incorrect one. It was seamless and I appreciate the prompt attention and response. We love the stools and they are perfect in our new kitchen!
