We were very early adopters/buyers of the Vail chair. We love the design of the chair. A mark of a solid company- and one you want to do business with- is when there is an issue. We expressed a concern that the original covers weren't holding up to our expectations and DM were great in resolving the issue and making us very happy customers. Again, the mark of a great brand is how they handle things when everything isn't perfect. DM delivers!
