Denver Modern's customer service is exemplary. The product shipped quickly and was professionally delivered to our front door in 5 days. Not only that, we found a significant scratch on our new Vail saddle leather stools the day after receiving them, and was promptly replaced by their great team. They worked quickly to replace it, noting that this Italian leather is very durable and should not scratch easily. We will be returning customers.
