Great experience. Easy ordering. Human interaction to coordinate shipping. Excellent, if a bit bulky to dispose of, packaging: easy to unload and ready to use out of the box (including floor pads). Product was as advertised, handsome and great quality construction. Some pics on the website made the oak look very light, which I didn't want. But it's not, they are a great color - see pics.
