I asked a sales rep a question about shipping. She said she would have the VP of sales call me back. No one called back. I did order 6 chairs that were in stock. After not hearing from Denver Modern for 6 business days, I called and found out they hadn't been shipped yet. It did take only four days after that to receive them. I am very pleased with the chairs but the sales and shipping departments need a little tweaking.
