I ordered a couple of flourscent tubes (very thin ones) and one was damaged in transit. The promptly sent a replacement even though the cost of the carriage was greater than the actual tube. I had had difficulty locating them elsewhere so I was pleased to find them, also they were a good price. Excellent service!
