An Interesting experience. I ordered a Flourecscent batten fitting, but received an LED battten. Apparentlty the website was incorrect and they only have LED battens. I spoke to Matthew in Customer Services, who apologised profusely and arranged an immediate full refund. So five stars for quick service.
