If you buy something you will never receive the item and you will never receive a refund. If you are selling something and you sent the item you will never receive your money, FYI according to their policy you need to provide proof that you have sent your item after that you will be able to collect the money, but GUESS WHAT?? you’ll never get it. Try to contact customer service and they will play dumb about any situation they collected their profit from.
