Stay away from depop and use other established selling platforms. They randomly flag/ban people without providing a reason, regardless of whether you have a pending sale. They say that they will delete your account upon request but will refuse to do so but will refuse to do so when asked and retain your personal data indefinitely. Be cautious before providing your personal data and bank account to them. Also, their help desk is a joke and offensive.
