As a seller it is really disappointing to see the lack of help Depop Support provides even when their app is at fault and the lack of knowledge they have on thier own app. I recently had an order weigh more than what the Depop App auto calculated. When I took the package to the post office it obviously weighed more than 12 oz therefore the only solution was to buy more postage. I paid $11.40 out of pocket to have this package shipped. Since I had to buy more postage, the original Depop shipping label was covered therefore my Depop App never registered that this package shipped. If a package doesn't show shipped in the Depop app within 10 days, the buyer receives a full refund. I contacted Depop Support about this issue and they basically said there was nothing that could be done even though I provided the new shipping label, with buyers name & full address. The new label also has tracking and was delivered to the buyer. So not only did the buyer receive a $40 product fully free, I also paid $11.40 to have it shipped all because the Depop App can't calculate package sizing correctly and Depop Support has no care if their app is at fault. Terribly disappointing.
