recently registered as a first-time seller, but the experience has been extremely frustrating due to multiple technical issues. The system was buggy—I had to select the clothing category at least ten times before it would register. I was also logged out automatically several times. After about 30 minutes of trying, I finally managed to upload a photo of my item and post it.
However, right after that, I was prompted to download the app—and as soon as I did, my account was suspended without explanation. I contacted customer support to appeal the decision, and this was the response I received:
"We appreciate you taking the time to appeal our decision.
We've reviewed the actions taken against your account and have made the decision to keep it closed."
