Very Horrible Experience! I have used their cooperator Hermes to send item to customers and paid shipping fees, transaction fees.
Finally Hermes lost my item and Depop refused refund request. Instead, they ask me to refund to my customers???
Also I had a horrible experience when communicating with Depop customer care team. They seems outsource the service and every email replied by different people ask me the same question again and again!
Extremely horrible platform with terrible service.
