I has a very bad experience shopping on Depop. My order was delayed, item was damaged and the seller provided poor customer service. I had to file a dispute with the seller on PayPal because she refused to accept my return. She also posted very rude comments to me on PayPal.
Today my feedback was removed by Depop customer service representative name Samantha who stated that the feedback I left was false! This is absolutely appalling. Will never shop on Depop again and buyers be aware!
