Firstly I have NO complaints about the product itself it works miracles and the only thing I have seen that works. But USPS made a mistake in their shipment, I contacted customer service and they said they fixed it. I got the product late. Even though it wasn't DermalMD's fault I feel they should have sent another one faster.
