The serums and formulations are great. I would rate them 5 stars but their customer service is just okay not really informative but they do answer. You have to go to the website and click on contact link to get to them which is kind of inconspicuous. Also because there is a big demand for the product shipping time varies. I rather wait for a serum that actually works then get a serum in mail in 24 hours lol.
